· The user should be 18 and above – One who is going to place an order must be 18 years of age and above. Unless it gets verified by our sales professional, the order will not be processed. Someone who is below 18 orders from our store, the order will not be accepted.
· Report us within 48 hours - In case, one gets a wrong product, he/she must report us in 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Failure to do this will result in order cancellation.
· Products to be replaced and not refunded – For wrong orders, we always accept return requests. However, we do not refund the money but replace the product.
· Fresh products only – We do not accept return requests for used products. As we ensure to sustain health and hygiene among our users, we strictly deal in fresh products.
· Products only for personal Use – We are not here for commercial gains and hence we do not sell products for business purposes. We always advise our customers to use our products personally and not with any outsider.
· Damage by the user not to be considered – We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product from the user’s end. If there is nothing from our end, we will not accept any type of return requests since we are not answerable.
