Pattaya Pleasure operates its services and sells products throughout Pattaya and other parts of Thailand on the basis of its delivery and return policies. Therefore, it is mandatory for customers to go through each and every policy so that there arise no complications in the long-run.

Here are our delivery and return policies that must be understood and accepted by everyone, especially while delivering products and receiving payments.

We are Present throughout Thailand

As mentioned earlier, Pattaya Pleasure operates in Pattaya and everywhere in Thailand. The major Thai cities where Pattaya sells products are Bangkok, Hat Yai, Nonthaburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Udon Thani, Chiang Mai, and more. Our payments are accepted through Debit and Credit cards, Paypal, and even Direct Bank Transfers.

Our specified duration for delivering orders is 7 to 10 business days. This duration may, however, vary as per the customs. As far as our packaging goes, it comes in standard boxes with no details of the product written. The delivery made is therefore completely discreet.

Stay Update with your Shipment Details

Once your order is shipped, we will keep you posted with every shipment detail. However, you are welcomed to place an order by simply giving a call to our Sales Executives or directly through our store. You can always change and update any information. It can be your current phone number, pin code, payment details and even order number. Remember, your order will then only be processed only after your postal address ad payment receipt has been verified.

All our orders are shipped through eminent courier services like Aramex, DHL, UPS, TNT etc. It is our duty to keep you aware of your order status through an SMS. Also, we would accept request for self-pick-up services inside Thailand.
